Return & Refund Policy (EU Compliance)
At ATH Fragrance, we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes or other personal care products once opened.
Additionally, perfumes are classified as flammable liquids and fall under the “Dangerous Goods” category, which requires special handling for air transport. For this reason, we can only accept returns under specific conditions:
Return Conditions
- Customers must contact us first at info@athfragrance.com before sending any return.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, including the original protective packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use your own courier service (note: not all carriers accept Dangerous Goods) or request shipping via our partner courier, in which case the cost is approximately €20.00 due to DG handling requirements.
- The item must be shipped back in the original outer box provided, as this is required for Dangerous Goods acceptance by the courier.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. This right does not apply once the seal or packaging has been broken for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
We encourage customers to sample our scents before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.
